Woven from the fibres of the Saharan Aloe Vera cactus, Cactus Silk (known in Morocco as Sabra) is a natural, plant-based viscose that softens and fades beautifully with age, developing its own patina and charm over time.
These exquisite fibres are still traditionally spun in the backstreets of Moroccan cities, using small wooden spindles and hooks set into old walls — a craft passed down through generations. 🌵✨
Each rug is finished with delicate hand-embroidered motifs, making it a one-of-a-kind piece of textile art and the perfect addition to a vegan home.
