‘Birds on a Wire’ Beni Ourain Flatweave Kilim

Bands of sloping dots perched on horizontal lines - could this weaver have been inspired by birds on telegraph wires? If you have ever looked up in Morocco, you will have wondered how all those wires jumbled together actually work!

This flatweave has a slight texture which gives it interest. 

100% undyed cream and chocolate brown wool with cotton warp. Soft yet tough and hard wearing. Can be washed at 40 degrees on a wool wash in a large capacity machine. 

2.4m long  - plus fine 20cm fringe on one end. This fringe can be plaited on request.
1.6m wide  - plus 20cm plaited side tassels 

Use with non slip mat on tiled or shiny surfaces.
