Whadzm ‘DINO’

We are wondering what inspired the weaver when she planned this rug. Had she been looking at her children’s school books or was there news about the finding of dinosaur bones near her valley?

Whatever the inspiration, the result is a joyful ‘Whadzm’ rug embellished with images of dinosaurs and animals - a delightful rug for a children’s room or for the child in you.

Length: 145cm long plus 10cm fringe on one end

Width: 110cm wide

‘Whadzm’ rugs are lightweight, handwoven wool rugs from The Ante Atlas. Every piece is entirely unique and adorned with patterns and motifs that moved the weaver at that moment. 

They have the texture of a Kilim and are hard wearing. Being lighter, they can be used on carpet. On slippery surfaces like wooden floors and laminate floors, they should be used with a non slip membrane. 

Can be dry cleaned or washed on a hand wash wool wash  in a machine with wool detergent. Please check your manufacturers guidance first!
