Braided 'Foutta' Hammam Towels

A truly luxurious type of Hammam towel - these traditional 'Foutta' are hand woven and fairly traded in a weaver's cooperative with a cotton linen mix in a heavier weave than regular hammam towels.

Perfect as a towel, a throw over a chair or the end of a bed or as a sarong, these 'Fouttas' connect you to an simple, ancient form of weaving with cloth in it's simplest form. They become more beautiful with age.

Size: 1m wide by 2m long plus fringe on both ends - perfect to cover your lounge chair next to the pool.

Wash at 30-40 degrees in the machine, by hand or rinse under that poolside shower! Faster drying than a regular towel and warmer than a regular sarong.
